Berthe’s more than 30 year career in banking includes frontline Pan-European business experience across all Corporate Finance Products. She was Chief Operating Officer of JP Morgan EMEA Investment Bank for over 10 years and a member of the board of JP Morgan Ireland PLC where she served on their audit committee. Today, Berthe is an active investor in over 40 companies focused primarily on businesses looking at women’s health. She is committed to helping founders with their first cheque. She’s a founder of FemHealthX bringing together a community of women investors and investors in women. She serves as a Non-Executive Director and as an advisor for a range of companies large and small. A passionate advocate for disabled people, Berthe’s the adviser to the CEO of EmployAbility Ltd.
