Event Terms and Conditions – Women's Health Horizons

1. Property Loss

Women's Health Horizons will not be held responsible for any loss of property during or after the event. Participants are advised to take care of their belongings.

2. Event Rescheduling

If the event is cancelled or the location is changed due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the event, including changing the location. If the event is not rescheduled within 12 months, your refund will not exceed the total amount received by us.

3. Payment Terms

The full amount is required to be paid within 5 working days from signing the registration form by invoice bank transfer or credit card.

4. Cancellations

No cancellation requests will be entertained, and payments once made are non-refundable.

If a delegate cannot attend the event, they may authorize someone to attend on their behalf. The substitute delegate must meet any eligibility criteria.

Sponsors and exhibitors cannot cancel, but they will be credited with the benefit of using the already paid event fee at any upcoming Women’s Health Horizons event within a year (in the form of a credit note).

5. Health and Safety

All participants must comply with the local health and safety regulations of the country/state. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply with these regulations. Participants are also encouraged to adhere to any specific health guidelines or protocols in place during the event.

6. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

7. Insurance

Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance covering personal liability and property. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or for any personal injury sustained during the event.

8. Compliance with Local Regulations

All participants must adhere to the local laws and regulations of the country/state. Any behaviour that violates these laws may result in immediate expulsion from the event without any refund.

9. Photography and Media Consent

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by Women’s Health Horizons across various media platforms. If you wish to opt out, please contact us in advance.

10. Accessibility

We strive to make our events accessible to all. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

11. Age Restrictions

This event is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this requirement.

12. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

13. Venue Rules

Attendees must comply with all venue-specific rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing and will become effective immediately upon such notification.
