She was the founding Medical Director of the Iris Cantor-UCLA Women’s Health Center and later served as Vice President of Women’s Health at Humana, where she launched transformative programs like Humana Beginnings.
Currently, she hosts the Beyond the Paper Gown podcast and serves as Managing Director at Golden Seeds, supporting women-led healthcare ventures. She also sits on multiple boards, including the Institute for Mental Health Research and the Black Women’s Health Imperative.
