Jennifer Barsky is the Founder and Executive Director of Menoglobal, the first organization making menopause a global health priority. With over 25 years of experience in development, she has designed and led transformative initiatives in more than 20 countries. Before founding Menoglobal, Barsky held senior roles at the World Bank Group and served as founding director of the Nike Foundation. Widely published and recognized for her leadership on women’s health, gender equity, and inclusive innovation, she has advised leading global organizations and is a network faculty member at the London Interdisciplinary School.
