Lizzy Dobres is a women’s health and rights campaigner and patient advocate. She is driven by lived experience of multiple pregnancy losses and working in the domestic abuse sector. Known for her energy and determination to turn silence into action, she brings women together through writing, peer support and supportive yoga for those navigating loss.
Alongside this, Lizzy has spent over a decade driving change in healthcare and public policy. She is a Local Government Councillor and has held senior roles across the UK healthcare system and the violence against women and girls sector, including as a former policy lead at Women’s Aid. Her work focuses on translating lived experience into system change, shaping services, narratives and policy so people with lived experiences are heard, supported and believed.
