Sara Al-Dafaee is the CEO & Co-Founder of Nordic Women’s Health Hub, a Nordic NGO accelerating innovation in women’s health, where she leads a Nordic volunteer ecosystem of 40+ people across the region. She has advised ministries, organisations, and companies on AI, data, and health technology, with a particular focus on data gaps and structural bias in healthcare systems. Sara represents a new generation of leaders shaping the future of women’s health at the intersection of technology, policy, and societal impact.
