Valerie B. Palmieri is an experienced executive leader of high-growth, disruptive public and private biotech companies. She is currently CEO of MOMENTUM Consulting and has previously served as Executive Chair, CEO, President, and COO of Aspira Women’s Health, CEO and President of Diagnocure, and Senior Vice President of Operations at Laboratory Corporation of America and DIANON Systems, Inc. Valerie has overseen multiple locations and over 1,000 employees, including sales, marketing, customer retention, operations, research, compliance, quality assurance, and finance. She is deeply focused on women’s health and FemTech, advising and serving on boards of various organizations in these sectors.

Her expertise spans strategic business planning, product commercialization, mergers and acquisitions, productivity improvement, developing client-focused partnerships, customer retention, supply chain management, operations, research, compliance, quality assurance, and finance. Valerie earned her BS in Medical Technology with honors from Western Connecticut State University, a Mini MBA from Elon University, a Certificate in Digital Health and Strategy from Columbia Business School Executive Education, and Certificates in Corporate Governance from Stanford Directors College and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Valerie resides in Monroe, Connecticut, with her family.
